Global Clinical Program Lead (m/f/d)

Tasks
  • Further develop program and project management in the areas of pre-clinical and clinical pharmaceutical development within our Science & Innovation department
  • Ensure the adoption and adherence to best practices, methodologies, and tools relating to program and project management         
  • Refine and implement project management standards, processes, and templates across all pre-clinical and clinical projects
  • Establish program management as a core discipline within Science and Innovation
  • Provide guidance, support and direction to pre-clinical and clinical project managers throughout the project phases
  • Active development lead of programs with potential to lead a future project management office
  • Establish and maintain dashboards with KPIs to provide maximum transparency of project status from a progress and quality perspective

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in natural science or a relevant technical field preferred
  • Project Management certification (PMI, Prince2 or similar) highly preferred with a minimum of 5 years project management (with program management) experience; hands on experience should include the management of complex, (bio-) pharmaceutical projects covering all phases (pre-clinical through registration stage)
  • Ability to establish and cultivate project and program management processes and tools in a GxP regulated environment using agile methodologies
  • Track record of successful project execution
  • Management experience preferred
  • Winning personality and eager to engage with highly motivated, diverse project teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to steer complex projects by ensuring stakeholder alignment along the development path
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and high degree of fluency in written and verbal English
